Purchase Support Employee | T-Rex Rubber International | Arnhem | 32-40 uur
T-Rex Rubber International is an international wholesaler specializing in heavy industry. Our clients, service, and installation companies across Europe, are experts in the maintenance of conveyor belts. We support them with a wide range of conveyor belts and related accessories.

What will you do?
As a Purchase Support employee, you will be part of our Supply Chain team and will be responsible for various tasks, including:
- Collaborating with buyers in executing the purchasing process;
- Checking packing slips and reconciling discrepancies with buyers, the warehouse, and suppliers;
- Verifying invoices and administratively processing received goods;
- Acting as a backup for the inbound goods planner;
- Assisting in the creation and management of articles;
- Providing support to the Manager Supply Chain and Purchase Manager.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and meticulous all-rounder who enjoys strengthening our Supply Chain team. You are direct, can set priorities, and enjoy working collaboratively. Furthermore, you possess:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of work and thinking;
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within Supply Chain;
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written (Dutch and other languages, especially Asian languages, are a plus);
- Experience with an ERP system (preferably Exact) and MS Office;
- Strong communication skills;
- You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week;
- An initiative-taking attitude and team spirit.
