At the Rema Tip Top Group, we are committed to extending the lifespan of tires. We offer a comprehensive range of tire repair products, vulcanizing machines, and services designed for long-lasting and reliable tire repairs. You will be working for a globally operating and leading manufacturer of tire repair materials with subsidiaries and representatives in almost every country in the world. Our headquarters is located in Poing (Munich).

You will be based at the Dutch Rema Tip Top subsidiary in Arnhem, but you will perform tasks for the global organization. Here, you will work with your fellow Product Manager and the Director of Product Management on the (further) development of the existing Rema Tip Top range, new range, and everything that comes with it.

Our sustainable service solutions include a wide range of high-quality repair systems for industrial, commercial, and end-user tires. Building on our traditional automotive services, the Motion division was established this year. Within this division, a broader range of advanced mobility solutions is continuously developed. Our services are tailored to meet the diverse needs of modern transport and logistics operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

In the Product Management team, you will also work closely with your German colleagues from Product Management, Product Development, Support & Training, and Application Technology. You will visit your colleagues several times a year.

You will join at a time when the automotive branch of our company has been restructured under the name Rema Tip Top Motion. With the Motion team, we will support our customers and branches worldwide by creating an optimal PM toolbox to maximize their market participation. We will achieve this through a motivated team, assortment optimization, a good training and support program, and the right data and content. In 2025, we will set up a Product Information Management (PIM) system and make several strategic assortment choices where you will play a crucial role due to your central position.

Together with the Product Management team, you will think about our product strategy and associated roadmap. This includes analysing market trends and customer needs. By continuously monitoring the performance of the range, you will actively manage the associated product portfolio and product lifecycle. You will coordinate the process when launching new products.

Who Are You?

• You have an affinity with the automotive sector, preferably with the tire industry.
• You are proactive, goal-oriented, and understand the needs of modern customers.
• You closely follow market developments and translate our products into commercial applications.
• You have a higher professional education (HBO) level and preferably experience in a similar role.
• You are proactive, goal-oriented, and commercially minded.
• You are fluent in English; proficiency in German or Dutch is a plus.
